It’s considered a stone of the heart and is symbolic of passion and enduring love.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe piece is modelled in 18ct gold and features a small locket concealed at the back that could hold a small photograph or a lock of hair. There is also a memorial inscription on the back of the dropper that reads “Char - 24th June 1863”.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a wonderful piece of antique Victorian jewellery, that was clearly very dear to its original owner and has been beautifully preserved across the centuries.
